As the founder and managing director of Sailotech, Suresh is instrumental in developing and strengthening high-performance management teams to contribute towards the efficiency of the company as a whole. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Suresh has been successful in forming strategical and mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors, users, and service providers. Under his strong leadership, the company has traveled a long way by exploring unchartered territories and coming out with flying colors.

Raj serves as the Chief Operating Officer and the head of US operations. He has extensive leadership experience in the areas of technology delivery, IT services, consulting and business development. He brings with him broad global work experience across US and India and has partnered with fortune 500 organizations, mid-size companies, and start-ups to achieve desired business outcomes through strategic planning, process consulting and innovation. He is responsible for managing the complete project life cycles and ensuring that those projects meet the expectations of the customers through the active involvement of the employees from time to time.

Swaroop Panditi serves as the Vice President leading Global Oracle Center of Excellence.

A B-Tech graduate from JNTU, Ravikanth has over 18 years of experience in Oracle. Serving as the Director – Global Consulting Services at Sailotech, he has proved his potential in handling different responsibilities like client acquisition, operations, IT, and administration. He is also an expert in offering practical advice to clients on complicated issues concerning different products and services. He is committed to addressing complex business challenges with much efficiency.

In his role as the VP-Enterprise Solutions at Sailotech, this MCA graduate is responsible for managing critical customer accounts as well as developing viable solutions in CRM, Analytics, Cloud, and Mobility. He is a registered PRINCE 2 practitioner, who is also certified in APICS CPIM. With more than 13 years of experience in IT, he has handled multiple ERPs efficiently. He is focused on building highly performing IT teams to tackle Business Intelligence & Analytics and ERP software delivery models effectively.

Sandesh, as established finance and business leader, has extensive and rich global experience including business partnering, business process reengineering, corporate governance, financial accounting, and reporting, cost management, taxation, shareholder value creation, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and funding, stakeholder relations. He has got excellent leadership skills which reflect in his ability to build high-performance cross-functional teams and draw positive outcomes in different stages of the business cycles, thus generating exponential growth and value add.

With a rich industry experience spanning over 30 years in diversified sectors including banking, finance, and IT, Kotam Raju has been able to make a mark as an ERP implementation specialist. Currently serving as the delivery head for Application Management Systems (AMS) at Sailotech, he has been able to prove his exemplary abilities in ERP implementation with his solid techno-functional experience. He holds a M.Sc degree in Physics along with M.Phil, and is also qualified in PGDCS and DIM as well.

A talented and accomplished leader and as the VP for Global IT Operations & Strategy , Krishna Chekuri is responsible for planning and implementing strategical moves which are in line with accomplishing the business objectives. His core competencies include global team-building and IT solutions planning, development & delivery with strong focus on improving ROI and operational efficiency.

Krishna is a seasoned IT professional who is known for his leadership abilities and his expertise in managing complex projects across multiple functionalities and regions successfully. He carries a hands-on experience in Process Mapping, Design, and Optimization of Operational and Commercial processes.

A mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Chandra Sekhar is serving as the VP - Operations with Sailotech Kenya. He oversees Sales Strategy & Operations, supporting MEA sales across the full spectrum of the Sales & Services Operations portfolio. In addition, he liaises with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that the company’s technological support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditure.

Chandra also brings in a valuable experience in Presales & Delivery of Tier 1 ERP packages to conglomerates, corporates, and public sector enterprises. Proficient in delivering projects from planning to closure.

As a Product Owner at Sailotech, Satish Pelluru brings over 20 years of seasoned expertise in ERP, Analytics, and Cloud-based solutions. With a knack for strategic program management, Satish excels in guiding teams through challenges, ensuring seamless product introductions, and fostering a culture of growth. His leadership shines through empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. Specializing in new product introduction programs, Satish is dedicated to driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, making him an invaluable asset in navigating the complexities of technology-driven businesses.
