A new year message from the CEO & MD – summarising the Sailotech year

Dear Colleagues,
Season’s greetings to you all! As we mark the final days of the year 2022, I want to take a moment to look back and thank you all for your contributions over the past 12 months.
As we move to another financial year, we would like to thank our customers. We are humbly pleased by our customers confidence and support, as we partnered with them to grow together. While we add more services and improved offerings every year, it is the trust that our customers held with us that has helped us to grow to this level. We once again thank our customers for their vested confidence in us and we pledge to work hard to support them in every possible way that we can as a technology partner to reach our customers new year goals.
2022 was another transformative year for Sailotech. It was a great year in which we strengthened the business further, growing our ranks by welcoming new members and rolling out important initiatives that will help to guarantee our continued success in the future.
I was proud to see how quickly we adapted to each new challenge and how teams from across the company collaborated with one another to make the most of every opportunity. Great examples of this include the successful acquisition of new top clients from USA & EU.
We have shown a resilient performance in driving growth in our Revenue and Customer base. We have achieved y-o-y revenue growth of 49 % for Sailotech group. On regional basis US region has seen a growth of 65 % and India has witnessed 28%. We have expanded our customer base by adding new customers and seen 23% increase in our customer base. Most importantly we have made roads in Europe region as well.
As you know our organization places high importance on human capital and employee relationships, we have many associates who have completed 5 years of association in the year 2022. The overall percentage of associates over 5 years of association is 41.33%. This shows the tremendous confidence of our associates in us and we all truly believe that we are one Sailotech family.
As our organization believes a lot in ploughing back into business, we have made a cautious effort in obtaining necessary CMMI level 3 certification. To have consistent improvement in our eligibility criterion it was a Must. However, from long term perspectives, a process driven approach goes a long way and payback is tremendous over future period.
Post Covid, we have been planning for a bigger place to operate. We took other important steps, such as new bigger office space in one of the prime software parks located at CyberPearl, Hitech city, Hyderabad. I am sure it will help collaboration among employees, productivity, and engagement.
Our primary objectives for year 2023 are surpassing the growth percentage achieved in last year. At the same time winning profitable deals in each tower to have overall growth. We can look forward to working further on the many initiatives to deliver the best services and technology, an outstanding customer experience. Most importantly, we are launching 2 key scalable solutions which has potential of exponential growth globally in near future. Test Automation (TestEnsure) and Accounts Payable Automation(iKapture) are key focus area for Y2023 and we need support from all Sailotechians to convert them into a success story. We are very upbeat and confident about success of these two products and winning the customers.
I want to thank you for your continued commitment and effort. I will be banking on you for an extra mile each time. Every one of us has an important role to play in the new year ahead and I’m confident that together we will achieve great things.
